Ladies, have you ever caught yourself buying a men's magazine? You can give the excuse that it's for the fashion or to get a guy's perspective on style. But we all know the real reason. You like that eye candy. The latest edition of Details Magazine is scooping up and serving you 10 flavors of male model. We've got some American Apple Pie, French Vanilla, Butter Pecan, Cafe Au Lait, White Russian, Spiced Rum. Mmm mmm. I'm sure you've seen these guys around the way. But in case you'd like to be on a first name basis here you go. From left to right we've got Garrett Neff, Clement Chabernaud, Noah Mills, Tyson Ballou, RJ Rogenski, Andrés Velencoso Segura, Mathias Lauridsen, Arthur Kulkov, Simon Nessman, and Sean O'Pry. It's scrumdiddlyumptious!
While I am completely smitten with this cover especially with Clement Chabernaud (future father of my children) all front and center, I've found a few flaws. First of all, why is the highest-paid male model Sean O'pry on the inside flap? That man has worked hard enough to have his faces plastered on dozens of billboards and all over tons of campaigns. Rarely does a magazine put models on the cover instead of a celebrity, and I think Details skipped a great opportunity to let Sean have his moment in the spotlight. Another thing that irks me is where's the colour? Can we please get some chocolate goodness in the mix? I need some Rob Evans or you can even give me an oldie-but-goodie like Tyson Beckford. And where are the freckled boys? I want some Willy Cartier or Victor Ross. Can we get some fine asian men here please! And another thing? Why are these guys wearing so much clothing? Take it off! Sorry. I got a little excited there. This is a men's fashion magazine, but I think clothing should be optional. I also think Details should let me pick the men for this shoot next time. We'll just have an open call at my place. Right?!
Sound Off: What male model would you like to see included in this lineup?
